The Hilton Sheffield is a modern red brick hotel located on Sheffield's historic Victoria Quays, half a mile from the city centre's shops and attractions. From the airport or Sheffield train station, in the city centre, guests should take a taxi to the hotel (typical fare approx. 5 GBP). Sheffield city centre is best explored on foot or using local buses or taxis. A car would be useful to explore further afield.
Driving directions: From the airport, take the A630 (Sheffield Parkway) towards the city centre. When the dual carriageway splits into three lanes, take the right hand lane and follow the signs for Victoria Quays/Lower Don Valley, turning right at the traffic lights. Carry on for a few hundred yards, and at the next set of traffic lights turn left onto Furnival road. Hilton Sheffield is on the left hand side.
